You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 175 degrees.
Combine all base ingredients together.
Press into a tin.
Bake for 10 mins.

Step 2Combine the cream cheese & egg yolks.

Step 3Add condensed milk.
Stir through.

Step 4Add the pineapple.
Stir through.

Step 5Fold in 3/4 cup of coconut.

Step 6Pour over the base.

Step 7Top with remaining coconut.
Bake for 45 mins.

Step 8Add cherries on top.
Allow to cool.
Refrigerate overnight.

Step 9Cut & serve.
