This was an inspiration from a site called humblebumbleb.com and based off the http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/snsd-inspired-genie-sailor-hat tutorial here. The only thing i changed was that I glued white ribbon on the top and bottom. Hope you enjoy :)
