umm Bondaweb or iron-on printer paper would be right. With Bondaweb you draw the image on it, with the paper you make the image on your computer or you find an image and you print the image on the paper with your printer.

very cute t-shirt ^^. In english the glue fabric is called Bondaweb or interfacing (sorry i might have spelt them wrong).
