Pill Theme Trinket Box

you can keep your pills in it, even. xD
This is a small pressboard trinket box I made for my friend, Nurse SARS. I put 4 or 5 coats of metallic acrylic paint, then put some ultra-fine silver holographic glitter in a clear sealer coat, to give the finish extra depth and sparkle. Next I painted the capsule on top with more acrylics, making one side solid and painting various sized and colored balls on the other, as well as the various pills on the sides. To make the top more interesting, I added lots of different round rhinestones to the side with the dots. Finally, I spelled out "SARS" in tiny silver flatback rhinestones on the other side of the capsule, and used silver glitter paint to add finishing details to the pills and capsules on the sides.
