I made my cute little pillbox hat using a cereal box using a CD as the template to make the circles. The base is scrap black cotton fabric with a white polka dot black ribbon around the middle and a lacey/feathery bow. Thanks Brittany Marie for the instructions and inspiration! (The flower in the picture is there just to cover up a raging pimple D: )
