• 

  Step 1

  Sprinkle a little salt on rice and mix. Make 1 rice ball and small ones using plastic wrap.

  Step 2

  Slice a mini sausage to create 2 flat round pieces.

• 

  Step 3

  Poke holes with a cut straw to make a nose.

• 

  Step 4

  Cut the other slice in half. These will be the ears.

• 

  Step 5

  Insert dry pasta into sausage as shown. Pasta will become soft by the time you eat, absorbing the water from the ice. If you eat right away, fry the pasta first.

  Step 6

  Connect the ears and nose to the large rice ball.
  Cut a piece of nori seaweed to make eyes. Place the small rice balls on the large rice ball to create hands. See the final picture.
