Pictureflakes are creative snowflakes. Have fun and add your own designs.
I started making pictureflakes in 2002 after learning from another artist friend. I had always cut out my own snowflakes but none with images. I started using freezer paper and ironing them to velvet to make small tree skirts. I make them every year for different friends or events.
