You Will Need

Step 1Cut a strip of paper long enough to fit around your wrist.

Step 2Cut out a bunch of pictures from magazines.

Step 3Cover the paper in a collage of uniqueness.

Step 4Cut two strips of clear vinyl and pin the paper in place.

Step 5Sew around the edges of the paper, removing the pins as you go.

Step 6Trim off any excess threads and the excess plastic.

Step 7Press in popper studs at either side of the cuff.

Step 8Your cuff is now ready to wear.
this is a great idea though! i'm going to try it with some page protectors i have lying around...
I've always heard you're supposed to use paperclips instead of pins...
