    Step 1

    Cut a strip of paper long enough to fit around your wrist.

    Cut out a bunch of pictures from magazines.

    Cover the paper in a collage of uniqueness.

    Cut two strips of clear vinyl and pin the paper in place.

    Step 5

    Sew around the edges of the paper, removing the pins as you go.

    Trim off any excess threads and the excess plastic.

    Press in popper studs at either side of the cuff.

also, if your machine's foot keeps sticking to the vinyl, you can put some tissue paper over the vinyl and stitch through that, then later it tears away pretty clean.
this is a great idea though! i'm going to try it with some page protectors i have lying around...

DON'T PIN VINYL!!! it's plastic, not fabric, so the holes never go away!
I've always heard you're supposed to use paperclips instead of pins...
