Tamago style scrambled egg and pickle bánh mì
Whisk together the egg with the soy sauce and toasted sesame oil.
Coat in a frying pan along with the Quorn pepperoni.
Scramble the eggs as they begin too cook.
Slice a baguette in half and top with salad greens.
Top with the egg.
Top with pickles and serve!
