You need to cut a scrapbook paper (in your preferable size). Add two edges of ribbon to your wallet picture. Glue the photo on the middle of the scrapbook paper, and then add some stickers.
To finish, just make a hole at the top using a hole punch, and add a piece of ribbon. Don't forget to decorate both sides of the bookmark! I use a laminating machine so it last longer, but you can just make the hole on the paper.
