You Will Need

Step 1Beat together the eggs, 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese and the herbs.

Step 2Heat up a frying pan and melt the butter.

Step 3Pour in your omelette mixture and cooking for a minute or two until firm on the bottom.

Step 4Flip the omelette over and spread with the pesto and sprinkle on the rest of the parmesan.

Step 5Cook for another minute, fold over and serve. Enjoy!

i fell in love with pesto when i had it with baked chiken, now i crave it on everything but i have yet to try this omelette but im sure its delightful thanks for sharing the idea!
