A while back, I had purchased some cardboard letters from Michaels to make a personalized name sign for my baby boy's nursery, and finally got around to doing it. All I did was trace the cardboard letters on some fabric, cut them out, hot glued the material onto them, and stapled some ribbon to the back. I used the scrap fabric from the fitted sheet that I had to get resized, so it matches his crib bedding perfectly.
