All little boys love a treasure box for their treasures and memories...
I made these last year for the little boys in my building for Christmas. They were a HUGE hit! I collected empty shoe-boxes from my neighbors (FREE), and used mod-podge and colored tissue paper torn in pieces then mod-podged onto the box until the entire box (inside and out, including lid) was done. I then added stickers and mod-podged those to keep them on. The main thing to remember, make sure you let the mod-podge dry THOROUGHLY, or the lid will stick to the box and tear the tissue paper.
