Step 1First find out the size of your picture frame and make a template out of paper to save wastage on fabric

Step 2And cut out the shapes from fabric (remember to add 0.5cm around it so you can press the raw edge underneath)

I stuck on the flags with Bondaweb and went around the shapes in zig zag stitch

Step 4I hand-sewed the bunting thread on
