You Will Need

Step 1Tear a sheet of paper into circles.

Step 2Dip each circle in water, then paint the edges.

Step 3Fold a tiny pleat in each circle to give them a petal shape.

Step 4Glue 4 or five petals of the same size together. Repeat for as many layers you want your flower to have.

Step 5Glue your layers together putting them in order from small to large.
