You Will Need (3 things)
- 250 g Of Dark Chocolate
- 200 ml Cream
- 50 g Of Unsalted Butter
Steps (5 steps, 10 minutes)

Break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl.

Heat the cream in a saucepan over a medium heat.

Just as the cream begins to boil pour it over the chocolate and mix well.

Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the chocolate. Mix it all throughly until you get a smooth ganache.

Leave the mixture to cool and harden slightly before putting it into a piping back and then pipe on to the macarons.
