These are a nice, sweet treat bar.
You can colour the peppermint mixture green if you wish.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Sift flour, add coconut & brown sugar.
Stir to combine.
Add the butter & stir to combine & crumbly
Press into a tin.
Bake for 20 mins.
Melt the coconut oil.
Add the icing sugar, milk & peppermint.
Mix to combine.
Spread the peppermint mixture over the warm base.
Allow to cool completely.
Melt the chocolate & oil together.
Pour chocolate over the peppermint mixture.
Cut into squares.
