A spicy penne vodka with tomatoes and seafood
Bring a pan of water to the boil and begin cooking the pasta. Meanwhile, chop the garlic and cook with a little oil until golden.
Add the seafood and chopped tomatoes.
Add the double cream, vodka and spike with as many chilli flakes as you can handle.
Add a splash of balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Cook until the sauce has thickened and reduced a little.
Add the cooked penne to the sauce and stir well.
Serve with some fresh parmesan and parsley.
