a cute little friend :)
I wanted to make something for my friend and she loves penguins,so I started to look through penguin plush patterns online.But I couldn't find any pattern that I liked the way it was,so I came up with my own.
I wanted to make him or her (its my friends decision) a little rounder,but I ran out of black felt.But when I finished I was happy I didn't because I like it just the way it turned out. :)
Now lets hope my friend will like the kawaii penguin as much as I do. :)

You Will Need

Step 1Start by cutting out the body from black felt.And the tummy from white felt.

Step 2Now for the face you will need two circles from white and two circles from black for the eyes,an orange for the beak and a heart from any color you like.

Step 3Cut two "wings" from black and white felt and two little legs from orange.

Step 4Start by sewing the face on before you put the penguin together.Its much easier this way.
Sew the white tummy on first,then the white eyes.I used glue for the beak and black part of the eyes (looks prettier for me) and I used white acrylic paint for the white in the black. -
Step 5Dont forget to add a heart for your plush. :)

Step 6Now that the front of the penguin is done,sew the back of the body on and stuff it.I used cotton wool for stuffing.

Step 7Sew the bottom on and attach the legs.

Step 8Sew the "wings" together,stuff them with cotton wool too and attach them to the body.
aaaaand...your done! Now you have a cute little friend for your kids,friends or yourself. :)
