I had a lot of fun making this. I've wanted a pencil skirt for awhile now, and when I saw this odd fabric, I knew that now was the time. I used a pattern that actually wasn't for a pencil skirt, so that is why it doesn't fit just like one. Either way, I am very happy with the outcome.
