rock´n´roll for pencils
finally, i finished one of my thousand projects in progress!!
i really have much to do for university and can´t sew clothes as much as i want :-( but i just wanted to give you a sign of life :-)
so, one of my friends asked me to make a pencil roll for her unbelievable few stuff she needs for university (it´s just unfair, sometimes i need a suitcase for all of the stuff i need for the day!!)
it´s made of cotton fabrics that were printed with sheep, dots and vichy-check. for decoration i added stitches and lace trims (cream and black). one pocket is made of net fabric and has a red zipper for closure. the closure of the roll itself is a satin ribbon. for finishing the raw edges i sewed on red bias tape.
hopefully i can post some more projects again when christmas holidays start...
