Cream your softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup peanut butter together until completely combined and creamy.
Add in powdered sugar, starting by mixing slowly and gradually increasing speed until powdered sugar is completely incorporated.
Slowly mix in thawed cool whip and layer peanut butter with prepared chocolate pudding. Garnish with chocolate curls and chopped peanuts, if desired. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
