Peanut butter brownie bars
These are tasty bars.

They taste a little like Reeses peanut butter cups but better.

    Heat oven 350/180 degrees.

    Heat butter & 3/4 cup chocolate in microwave until melted.

    Once chocolate is smooth add the sugars.

    Stir to combine.

    Add vanilla & eggs.

    Add the flour & stir til just combined.

    Add the remaining chopped chocolate.

    Stir to combine.

    Pour into tray.

    Spoon the peanut butter over the cake & swirl a little.

    Bake for approx 20 mins.

    Allow to cool.

    Make the topping...

    Combine the chocolate, butter & peanut butter in a bowl.

    Microwave to melt & combine.

    Once combined & smooth, spread over the base.

    Allow to set.
