This is great tasting ice cream if your a fan of peanut butter. It has no raw eggs in the recipe.

You will need

1 cup Peanut Butter 150 g Brown Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 1 cup Milk 2 cup Heavy Cream

Description

This is great tasting ice cream if your a fan of peanut butter. It has no raw eggs in the recipe.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix peanut butter, vanilla & sugar together.

2. 

   Add the milk a little at a time. Mix to combine.

3. 

   Add the cream. Mix together.

4. 

   Place in ice cream machine & churn for approx 30-40 mins.

5. 

   Transfer to a freezer container.

6. 

   Serve.
