You Will Need

Step 1
In a small saucepan (not on the heat) whisk the sugar and egg together until combined. Put on a low heat and add all other ingredients except the peanut butter. Heat through for ten minutes whisking occasionally, do not let it burn! Once slightly thickened and warmed through add your peanut butter and mix thoroughly. Let cool and add to your ice-cream machine following the manufacturer's instructions.

If you do not have a ice cream makers don't fret. Pour mix into suitable tupperware and place in the freezer. Mix every hour until it has the consistancy you want!
Note: I put vodka in the ice-cream to ensure a smoother, softer texture however, it is not neccessary so feel free to remove it! Also it could be any spirit, you should not be able to taste it in the ice crem though! (unless thats your intention, haha)
