These are a home made version of the Reeses Peanut Butter Cups you can buy. The are easy to make & taste really good.

You will need

150 g Chocolate 25 g Brown Sugar 100 g Icing Sugar 100 g Peanut Butter 25 g Butter

Description

These are a home made version of the Reeses Peanut Butter Cups you can buy. The are easy to make & taste really good.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix all ingredients, except the chocolate, together.

2. 

   It will look like wet sand.

3. 

   Melt the chocolate.

4. 

   Spread approx 1 tsp of chocolate into a paper case. Allow to set.

5. 

   When chocolate is set place approx 1 tsp of the peanut butter filling into the cup & push down tight.

6. 

   Top the peanut butter with approx 1 tsp of chocolate. Cover all of the peanut butter & smooth. Allow to set.
