This is an easy to make cheesecake.

It is set with gelatine so no need to bake.

Super light & fluffy, not heavy like the baked ones can sometimes be.

You Will Need (12 things)

  • Base

  • 9 oz Biscuit(s) Crumbed
  • 3 oz Butter
  • Cheese cake filling

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 4 sheets Gelatine
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • topping

  • Chocolate Sauce

Steps (12 steps, 40 minutes)

    Crumb biscuits.

    Melt butter.

    Combine both.

    Press into a 9" tin.

    Set aside.

    Place the gelatine sheets into some cold water for a few mins to soften.

    Remove gelatine from water & put in a pot with 1/2 cup of water.

    Heat until the gelatine is dissolved.

    Set aside to cool a little.

    Combine the cream cheese & peanut butter.

    Slowly add the gelatine mixture to the cheese & peanut butter.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Combine sugar & cream together.

    Whisk until soft peaks.

    Combine cream mixture with cheese & peanut butter mixture.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Pour over the biscuit base.

    Level off & refrigerate for at least a few hours, but better overnight.

    Sprinkle the top with chocolate sauce.

    Serve.
