Peanut brittle ice cream
This is a great, tasty ice cream.
It can be made with home made or shop bought peanut brittle.

You Will Need

Step 1Whip the cream & vanilla to soft peaks.

Step 2Beat in condensed milk & stir til uniform colour.

Step 3Smash peanut brittle into powder/small chunks.

Step 4Fold in smashed brittle to the cream mixture.

Step 5Transfer to freezer container.

Step 6Freeze for 5 hours or overnight.

Step 7Serve.
