Simple and Delicious
Very inexpensive flourless pie.

It has been quite a long time since i last baked, and my oven is new, so i decided i wanted to try this pie that i am pretty sure i read the recipe somewhere about 8 or 9 years ago with my mom (but she doesn't recall it at all).

So to have done it, just like that with no instructions to follow, but the ones from a faint memory it turned out really nice.

  • How to bake a cream pie. Peaches And Cream Pie - Step 1
    Step 1

Gather all your ingredients. These make two 9 inch pies, with some mix left over... so you can just reduce the ingredients if you'd like to make less of it.

Preheat oven to 350°F or 190°C.

    Step 2

The cream cheese should be at room temperature, for easy whipping. Whip it until its soft and well... "creamy"

I did it all by hand because i lack a machine, but you can choose how to do it.

Mix the eggs in until you get a soft mix again.

Add both milks in (condensed and evaporated) and mix very well.

It gets a liquid consistency. (don't forget to scrape the bottom while mixing.

    Step 5

In this step you have to put the peaches in. I first diced them and then I used a blender to get an even mix.

I blended it all pretty well, but if you want you can leave some chunks in the mix.

Once you have your mix, fill your pie crusts and pop them in the oven.

They should rise a little. I also don't know exactly how much time o had to bake them, it was like an hour or so. Once they have risen and have a nice golden color just take a toothpick or knife and poke them right in the center all the way to the bottom.

If it comes out clean then it's ready!

(The bottom one isn't rising at all :( ... like a mentioned before my oven is new so i am still getting to know it)

Once it's ready it should have a golden color to it. Put on a wire rack and let it cool at least 10 minutes.

Once cool you can serve it with a little whipping cream!

I put the remaining mix in a silicone muffin sheet, no crust no muffin cups, and they were like créme caramel, custard or flan (as you wish to call it)

    Just refrigerate any leftovers!

I hope you enjoy it, because i did!
