This iced tea inspired martini combines Chilgrove Gin with fresh peach, simple syrup and earl grey tea for a delicious sweet cocktail.

You will need

1 Peach 2 oz Earl Grey Tea (brewed & chilled) 1 oz Simple Syrup 2 oz Chilgrove Gin Ice

Description

This iced tea inspired martini combines Chilgrove Gin with fresh peach, simple syrup and earl grey tea for a delicious sweet cocktail.

Instructions

1. 

   Cut up the peach, saving a slice for garnish, and place in a cocktail shaker with ice.

2. 

   Add the Chilgrove gin and shake really really well to break up the fruit.

3. 

   Add the chilled tea and simple syrup and shake once more.

4. 

   Strain into a cocktail glass.

5. 

   Serve with the slice of peach as garnish.
