Easy to make & a great way to use up peaches.
Heat oven 200 degrees.
Place all sauce ingredients into a pan & heat gently until melted together.
Take off the heat & leave to the side.
Place all then dry cake ingredients into a bowl & stir to combine.
Pour in the milk & vanilla.
Stir to make a batter.
Add the peaches.
Place into a dish & smooth out.
Gently pour the sauce over the cake.
Bake for 50-55 mins.
Remove & let sit for a few mins.
