A dessert I love to make but even more to eat!
Soft meringue with whipped cream and strawberries on top. You can use any fruit on top!

The dish is named after ballet dancer Anna Pavlova. You can find recepies all over the internet. This is my version.

ohh i LOVE pavlova. You should try finding Hibiscus tea or flowers from a health food store to use with it. You make a simple syrup and add the tea to it to flavour it, or you could use the flowers them selves. the flowers/sauce are great on such a light dessert.
