First, start with a pink, light pink, and blue ombre.
Then, wait for that to dry and us a thin paint brush dipped in white acrylic to create a curved line.
Next, fill in one half of the curved line and using a dotting tool, paint 2 dots on opposite sides of each other.
Finally, add your matte or shiny topcoat!
