Vegetarian friendly bacon pasta with tomatoes, garlic and chilli
Begin by bringing a pan of water to the boil and cooking the spaghetti. Fry up the garlic and chilli with a little olive oil.
Stir in the chopped red onion and Quorn bacon and cook for a few minutes until the onion begins to soften.
Meanwhile, chop up the tomatoes and stir into the pan.
Add the balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and a little more olive oil and leave to cook for a few more minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti.
Serve topped with parmesan, parsley and season.
