Party Pill Box Hat.

I needed a hat for a Hat Party in 2 days. I cut a circle from cardboard, formed a cone, glued it, then glued the material over it.
folded the stiff lace and pinched it in the middle to form a fanned bow, and secured it to the hat. I then added sequins in the middle of the bow for a little bling. I added some colour hair pieces that hang down the side. You could add extra, such as beading or feathers, or extra lace.
