Prime your eye lids using whatever eyeshadow primer you'd like
Put white eye shadow all over your lid, this will make the purple stand out.
Put purple eyeshadow all over the main part of your eyelid, stopping at the crease.
Put the black eyeshadow on the crease of your eyelid & line the top of your eye with it.
Pat the blue eyeshadow over the part of your eyelid that is right above your eyelash line. Also, line your lower lash line with it.
Curl your eyelashes and use your favorite mascara to finish this look!
