Link your paperclips together to form a bracelet and add a clasp.
Cut you paper into strips that are narrower than the paperclip. I chose to cut strips that are angled and get narrower at the other end. Starting with the wide end wrap the paper around each clip. You can use glue stick, craft glue or Mod Podge like I did.
Finish with a coat of Glossy Mod Podge.
