To make a mini paper medallion, start with a strip of paper 1 inch wide and 15 inches long. Acordian fold the paper and turn it to form a circle as you fold.
When the circle is finished, glue the ends together or staple in the middle.
For the center of the medallion, stack small pieces of paper together and attach with glue.
Add strips of paper for the ribbon part on the bottom, and you're finished!
Use your paper medallions to adorn gifts, to create a medallion garland, or simply to hang on your wall!
