My aunt first taught me how to make these and I thought it was a really cool and creative way to reuse or recycle old scraps of paper :] sorry for the bad quality pictures...

You will need

1 Scissors 1 Single Hole Punch er some sheets of Colored Paper Clasp(s) / Brads String (invisible is the best)

Instructions

1. 

   Step 1: Cut paper into strips of three of any length. * keep the width fairly small ** shorter pieces are harder to work with

2. 

   Step 2: Punch holes at the end of each strip of paper *make sure the holes are in the middle

3. 

   Step 3: Place the cut and hole-punched strips into a 'snowflake' form

4. 

   Step 4: Gather all the strips at the top starting from the bottom strip

5. 

   Step 5: Place the clasp / brad through the hole and tighten / close it

6. 

   Step 6: Punch a hole on the other end of the paper ball and place the brad through it

7. 

   Step 7: Put a string through the clasp and hang anywhere! * i hung mine on the ceiling of my room and it looks pretty cool :P
