To make a paper candle, punch or cut some brightly colored decorative scrapbook paper into 2 inch squares. Cut a 1 inch length of twine for the candle "wick".
Add some double sided tape to the top back side of the paper square, and press the twine into the tape to secure it. Add some more tape along the right edge to secure your rolled "candle".
Roll your paper square around a quilling tool, bamboo skewer, or other narrow straight object. Press the double sided tape on the outside of the candle to secure it. Make several paper candles and stagger them on the front of the card, adhering them with double sided tape. Finish off your card with a sticker or stamped sentiment below the candles!
