i was planning on making a hat but it morphed into this! :D im happy with the outcome

Instructions

1. 

   Gather materials. cut the size of your hat/bracelet/cup.

2. 

   i used a bottle to make sure its even and tight.tape up the outside. scoot it down a bit and start tapping the inside.

3. 

   this is the size of mine.dont over do it on the tape but make sure it's secure.

4. 

   this is where you decide what your making and what you want it to look like. i chose a napkin i had nabbed from my prom last year. i adore this print!

5. 

   this is what takes awhile.go slow and it wont look like shit.tuck the ends into the sides.tape it up only on the inside. make it as tight as possible w/out bending the paper. bracelet makers stop here, your done!

6. 

   cut a circle out of the base paper and trace around cylinder thing you just made.

7. 

   cut notches.

8. 

   make all the notchey things point up and put it in the top. push to bottom and tape it up. be careful

9. 

   cut two circles of some bitchin paper. tape inside the bottom of the cup and on the bottom. your done!
