You have to make some preparations. You'll need a Stanley knife, a ruler, a page of an old magazine (with color :D) and a cutting mat (don't know how it's called in English, in dutch it is a "snijmat").
You have to cut out a stroke in triangle shape (I've cut out a stroke from 2 cm wide at the begin).
Then you have to roll up your stroke on a wooden skewer (a knitting needle is also possible).
On the end of the stroke you have to do some glue, then roll it up to the end. Wait a few minutes, after a minute of 2 the bead is finished.
Now you can leave them 'blanc' or paint them with nailpolish (then they have a nice gloss)..
And after half an hour work you have a lot of beads :D
