Lightening things up with a fresh fruit smoothie in shades of purple, influenced by the Pantone 2014 color of the year. Radiant Orchid. Perfect for summer time sipping!

You will need

Container Plain Coconut Yogurt 1 cup Fresh or frozen Blackberries 1 1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries 1/2 - 3/4 Cup Almond Milk Splash of Orange Juice 4-6 Ice Cubes Blender 3 Small Wood Skewers for garnish

Lightening things up with a fresh fruit smoothie in shades of purple, influenced by the Pantone 2014 color of the year. Radiant Orchid. Perfect for summer time sipping!

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet, set aside a handful of blueberries and blackberries for garnish.

2. Blend for 30-60 seconds. Once fully blended, serve in a fancy glass.

3. For the blackberry and blueberry garnish, rinse them both and leaving them damp. Skewer one blackberry and one blueberry and place them in the freezer for 20 minutes. Top each glass.
