Lime Wedge Kosher Salt Ice 2 oz Rail Tequila 1 ½ oz Grapefruit Juice ¾ oz Lime Juice ¾ oz Simple Syrup 2 dash Grapefruit Bitters Soda Grapefruit wedge

1. Rub HALF of rim of a highball glass with a lime wedge. Dip rim in kosher salt. Remove inner salt from glass.

2. Pack with ice. Pour: 2 oz rail tequila 1 ½ oz grapefruit juice ¾ oz lime juice ¾ oz simple syrup 2 dashes grapefruit bitters

3. STIR and top with soda Garnish with quarter grapefruit wedge and a straw.
