Mix up a Paloma cocktail with Bar Neon, Toronto

  • Step 1

    Rub HALF of rim of a highball glass with a lime wedge. Dip rim in kosher salt. Remove inner salt from glass.

  • Step 2

    Pack with ice.
    Pour:
    2 oz rail tequila
    1 ½ oz grapefruit juice
    ¾ oz lime juice
    ¾ oz simple syrup
    2 dashes grapefruit bitters

  • Step 3

    STIR and top with soda
    Garnish with quarter grapefruit wedge and a straw.
