Done in less time than watching Twilight.
I bought a Laura Ashley empire-line top for £4 from the charity shop, you can use whatever fabric you like. I cut off the top bit, sewed a hem, ran the elastic through it and tied it.
I had Twilight on whilst I made it, I like background noise :)
Made from the same book as my denim clutch, if anyone's also looked at that.
