Start your design by finding a main point of interest. A message? animal? look?
Take apart every watch you can find in the house. Then open then cut off useful parts with suitable tools- such as jewelry tools. In some cases you may have to go to a store to have the pins removed from the watch face etc.
Basically you work from the inside out. Keep in mind your watch face if you choose to use one would be over your charms or beads?
Use charms old costume jewelry beads so many zany things that is what makes it fun! Use a good metal glue. If you are gluing metal to metal craft glue will not work. Get your corset on and head for the bingo hall.
