Oversized Tee To Dress (Yes, Another Bloody Tshirt Converter Project)

I really liked using shirring elastic makes life a lot easier :D my first t-shirt wasn't long enough so i decided to put another t-shirt under. They're sewn together by the three shirring stitches at the waist line. with tights and my leather jacket its ready to go :)
