Oversized Shirt To Cute Top

ok so all i did was cut out the collar and made little slits about an inch apart where the collar used to be and weaved so it looks like a braid. then i put elastic at the very bottom of the shirt. i should probably hem where i didnt weave. you can also put elastic on the sleeve, i chose not to because i like the way it hangs.just throw some leggins on and thats all!
