  • ½ cup quick oats ⅔ cup Vanilla almond milk ¼ cup pumpkin puree 1 tbsp. ground flaxmeal 1 tbsp. maple syrup ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon ½ tsp. vanilla extract For topping/serving: 1 tbsp. chopped pecans, ¼ cup vanilla yogurt (use coconut/soy vanilla for vegan version or regular)
